The responsibility for, and ownership of, the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered.
Any delivery dates, or stock arrival dates, whether requested or quoted are only estimates. We will make every effort to deliver on those dates. We will make every effort to carry out our deliveries at the dates and times agreed. If for any reason, delivery is delayed, Wallpaperking is not liable for any consequential loss. We will of course make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.
Products may be dispatched separately depending on the make up of the order and therefore may arrive separately.
On receipt of delivered goods, you must ensure that the goods are in a satisfactory condition, and any dissatisfaction with the goods or delivery team must be reported immediately via email to email@example.com.
Any deliveries that fail due to error on your part are refunded at wallpaperking's discretion. Please ensure you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date.
Orders to all destinations on the UK mainland will normally be delivered within 5-7working days, unless otherwise stated, from receipt of order. Made to order items will typically take 14 working days for delivery. Orders to other destinations may take slightly longer and will be dependent on postcode. Sample delivery details are set out under the Sampling Service section.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published time periods.
All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks must carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after hanging or cutting of the product. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
Should your delivery arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, i.e. the box has been damaged in transit; please note this when signing for the delivery.
If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Wallpaperking by you with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the products, however arising.

We also deliver to addressed within the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries to addresses in Republic of Ireland incur supplementary charges which are identified in the customer cart and checkout process.
For in-stock items, and unless otherwise stated, delivery will normally be within five working days from date of order to mainland UK and Ireland, Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays (Monday to Friday in remote areas). For other destinations delivery will normally be between five and ten working days.
FREE DELIVERY OFFER: Applies to UK mainland online customers only and for orders over £150 only. UK mainland does not include Northern Ireland, offshore UK islands or any overseas orders. This offer will be applied automatically to qualifying baskets at the checkout. Where an order does not qualify for the Free Delivery option notification of the additional shipping costs will be supplied and payment required in full prior to any order being fulfilled.
