Order Change or Cancellation and Returns

Change or cancellation of an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order prior to receipt of goods this can be done by contacting our Customer Care team in writing at the following email address contact@wallpaperking.co.uk. Please quote the order number and date the order was placed.

Please note - as some of our products are made-to-order any cancellations or amended order requests must be made within 24 hours of the original order.

If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

If you wish to change or cancel an order prior to receipt of goods this can be done by contacting our Customer Care team in writing at the following email address contact@wallpaperking.co.uk. Please quote the order number and date the order was placed.

Please note - as some of our products are made-to-order any cancellations or amended order requests must be made within 24 hours of the original order.

Should you wish to cancel or amend your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason you must do so within 24 hours of the original order. After the 24 hour cancellation period has elapsed any refund is at the discretion of Wallpaperking. Orders made to a customer’s specification make the item less likely to be sold on at full value. While refunds in such cases are discretionary it is typical that a cancellation fee of 25% of the full selling price will be applied.

For products that have already been delivered or returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, please follow our returns procedure. 

Please note - some of our products are made-to-order. Where an order has been made based on a customer's specific requirements we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.*

For non made-to-order products a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for unwanted items where returns are made within the time limits as set out in the Returns and Refunds section. In such cases the cost of delivery and return will be the responsibility of the customer.

We, therefore, recommend all customers request a sample prior to placing an order for wallpaper rolls.

Customers must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Wallpaperking and we will refund payment of goods and original delivery fee as soon as possible within at least 14 working days. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and originally delivery charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
