Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Wallpaperking product and wish to return it you may do so at your cost. You have up until the end of seven working days after receipt of your order delivery to inform us if you wish to return your order and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resalable condition, undamaged and in the original packaging.*

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

In addition, for up to 28 days after purchase, goods may be returned provided they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales invoice for a refund subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty.*

Please note - some of our products are made-to-order. Where an order has been made based on a customer's specific requirements we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to order products unless they are faulty. *

We, therefore, recommend all customers request a sample prior to placing an order for wallpaper rolls.

Customers must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Wallpaperking and we will refund payment of goods and original delivery fee as soon as possible within at least 14 working days. Please note - we will only refund the cost of the goods and originally delivery charges on returned items. The cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the buyer.

For non made-to-order products a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for unwanted items where returns are made within the time limits as set out in the Returns and Refunds section. In such cases the cost of delivery and return will be the responsibility of the customer.

We, therefore, recommend all customers request a sample prior to placing an order for wallpaper rolls.

We do not accept returns on wallpaper/border samples.

For details on returning an order please contact us by email at contact@wallpaperking.co.uk. Please state your sales invoice number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. You will be issued with Product Returns Information together with a Returns Reference Number.

Any deliveries that fail due to error on your part are refunded at Wallpapeking’s discretion. Please ensure you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date.

The liability of Wallpaperking will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or made-to order products unless they are faulty: *

Returns Due to Defect or Damage

All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after hanging or cutting of the product. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.

Goods must be inspected and checked before cutting. No claims can be entertained or exchanges made if the material has been cut. If the goods are received damaged, then they should be signed for as such and we must be advised in writing immediately.

You should check all wallpaper products for faults before hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

Returns due as a result of the product being received in a damaged or defective condition will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period usually 14 days and will inform you of our decision.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.

All authorised refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and by the method used to pay the goods.
